CFA Beauty Aesthetics – The Jackson “Anti- Med Spa”
Rejuvenation. Youthful glow. Time spent caring for yourself. The latest in skin care products, body treatments, injectables, and topical products. Most med spas offer these. But too many are mostly ‘spa’ and not enough ‘med.’
Aesthetic Medicine is Our Specialty
CFA Beauty is a different kind of med spa. We specialize in Aesthetic Medicine – it isn’t just a side job for us. We’ll work with you to create your unique plan of medical spa services that promise real and natural results. But we’re also committed to bringing the highest level of medical training and standards to your care – we only perform FDA approved, medically effective treatments. You won’t find lash extensions, permanent makeup or pedicures here.
We have the Right Tools for The Job.
CFA never compromises on the technology used. We’ve invested in only ‘gold standard’ equipment from the industry’s biggest innovators. You won’t find ‘jack of all trades’ lasers or nail technicians who took a weekend class on injectables. Multi-purpose generic laser systems which advertise treatment for multiple concerns are, as the adage goes, masters of none — and they often compromise safety along with efficacy.
Trusted Medical Aesthetics
You Can Trust our Highly-Trained, Board-Certified Practice
Our board-certified women providers perform a wide array of non-surgical and surgical aesthetic procedures: all innovative technologies and techniques chosen because they’re proven, safe, and we trust them. As surgeons, we bring a doctor’s watchful eye, plus knowledge in anatomy, skin and musculature, overall health, wellness, and healing to everything we do – from the least invasive aesthetics care treatment to the most elaborate plastic surgery case.
At CFA, only a board-certified medical doctor (MD) or physician assistant (PA) will consult with you on a treatment plan customized to your concerns. Our PAs have undergone an intensive residency with Dr. Durboraw, passing her rigorous requirements for knowledge and competency before they provide care on their own. Our laser technicians and RNs, who provide treatments like Clear & Brilliant laser, pass rigorous evaluations and are supervised by Dr. Durboraw. At CFA, we don’t just set the regional standard of care for Aesthetics Medicine—we set it nationally.
Integrity is Our Watchword.
We’ll only recommend treatments that are right for you – not because we happen to own the equipment (sadly, this happens in many med spas). If you come in for a consultation for something that isn’t right for you, we’ll let you know, and can talk about whether other solutions make sense.
CFA has the Technology and Tools to Help You Age Gracefully.
Dr. Durboraw has dedicated her career to developing unique, high-tech treatment plans and protocols to help you keep aging at bay. We know everyone has different aspirations and attitudes about “aging gracefully” and we make no judgments. We’re here to help whether you prefer a minimalist approach or are fully-suited-up-for-battle, Wonder Woman-style, to fight aging at every step. Just know that if you fall in the latter category, it’s best to start as early as possible!
The Best Aesthetics Care Evolve as You Do
20’s: Prevention Now
In your 20s, your body is still producing collagen fibers and your skin’s cellular turnover is good. Prevention is easy at this age. We can recommend a starter set of skin care products to keep you looking fresh and radiant, preventing damage before it occurs. We have the most powerful prevention products you can buy … and they work even better when combined with HydraFacials to cleanse your skin, buff the epidermis and keep you glowing.
This is the time to get on the sun protection wagon – tanning, either in suntan booths or on the beach, speeds up your aging process and leads to lifelong battles with hyperpigmentation, wrinkles and skin cancer. Daily use of sunscreen as part of your regimen is essential. If you wear makeup, you can use products which contain sunscreen to save yourself a step.
Acne or early hyperpigmentation (brown spots), can often be treated with our scientifically-proven topicals; we don’t usually recommend aggressive laser therapy at this age, as it may offer short term improvement but long-term, can make these conditions worse. However, for those who want a little more oomph to their program, we offer a variety of gentle lasers which fit the bill for the twenty-somethings.
We offer injectable treatments like Botox or Dysport if you are you starting to develop frown or forehead lines. Early treatment helps preserve your brow position, protecting you from future eyelid hooding. We also offer Dermal fillers for lip augmentation or cheek augmentation to accentuate your features.

30’s: Prevention Plus
By the 30’s, we’ll add more power to your approach, with skin care products that work great on their own, or even better combined with the other skin care miracles including dermal fillers, injectables like Botox or Dysport, and Ultherapy.
It’s so important to add collagen stimulating topicals now as your own collagen formation slows down. To keep your complexion radiant and firm up early skin laxity, we offer gentle resurfacing methods like Clear + Brilliant lasers by your mid-30’s and Ultherapy treatment by your late 30’s.
If you haven’t yet, this is the time to begin injectable treatments, particularly for the frown line. Treatments like Botox and Dysport weaken the brow depressor muscles (frown lines) and can slow the descent of brows over time. This is the best way to prevent heavy eyelids and avoid future blepharoplasty surgery. In your 30’s, Dermal fillers are a great option to enhance features, and to refresh by restoring subtle volume loss.

40’s: Stop Aging Acceleration
This is the decade to start paying attention to the subtle early signs of aging. The first half of this decade is often forgiving, but during the latter half of your 40’s, aging accelerates.
Proven topical treatments are important to maintain healthy skin and to target the most susceptible areas like the lower eyelids. It’s important to continue with the injectables, to keep brows in place. Dermal fillers can plump to restore volume loss, fill in facial creases and lines and enhance facial contours.
As you start mammography at 40 (as many women do – schedule your appointment!), it’s a good time to think about Ultherapy. It’s the most powerful, non-invasive way to address skin laxity, lifting and tightening skin while stimulating collagen production.
As the peri-menopausal years approach (45-55), women often notice changes in their body fat distribution despite continuing to exercise and eat well. The midriff region is most commonly affected, but CoolSculpting can be very effective at controlling unwanted “hormonal fat.” You may also begin to notice knee wrinkles as the texture and appearance of your body skin changes, and early intervention may prevent them from worsening.

50’s and Beyond: Full Throttle Fight
In the 50s and beyond, when menopause takes its toll and a prevention mindset shifts to treatment, we can combine the hardest working topicals with the latest technologies like Ultherapy, Vivace and PRP, which combined, can make invasive work largely a thing of the past.
By the time you reach your 50’s and beyond, aging signs are often apparent. Many people look great for their age, but this is when some intervention now will avoid more extreme, invasive work later. The 50’s is often the decade when your appearance slowly evolves from middle-aged to elderly. The good news? CFA has a full arsenal of proven techniques and technologies to take on aging.
The newest peptide-based skin care can achieve terrific results – especially when combined with Ultherapy, the non-invasive way to lift and tighten your facial structure and wake up collagen, micro-needling like Vivace, which stimulates skin’s own collagen and elastin production, and PRP.
